Finally modern, versatile trouser in a relaxed straight fit that feels just right when other 5-pocket jeans are just a bit too casual.

The double pockets in the back don't seem to have a function. They just add more denim to an already "heavy" jean. I asked multiple people what that extra inner pocket is for an nobody knows. I've gone through 2 pairs of the black cotton twill jeans and love them. Thought i would try the denim. So far they seem good, but i think they need to get broken in a bit to fully know.
Bought these as a gift for my partner, who cycles everywhere. He lives in them and swears by them…best cycling jeans out there!
I have been commuting in the Lane jeans for over a week. They are incredibly comfortable on and off the bike. The denim is bulletproof and the cut is stylish. I ordered the wrong waist size, had a new pair shipped. That pair had a stitch going through one of the front pockets, a new pair was sent. Customer service was a pleasure to deal with. How often do you say that?
Great pair of pants, totally happy with them. Comfortable and sturdy!
Got these jeans for Christmas. Overall they are pretty good but the material is a little stiff and the reinforced section on the back/crotch of the pants slides around a little too much on my bike seat (Brooks Cambium saddle). The only other little issue is the button fly, when you are biking around all day and need to run behind a tree to take care of business, the button fly takes a lot more time to get business done without getting caught. Overall I wouldn't rule out buying another pair.
