Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Osloh.com order, thus we will accept your return of product in original condition, unworn and with all tags attached within 21 days of receipt of your osloh.com order.
Note that all exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless we shipped you the wrong product or it arrived damaged. All items that are returned/exchanged after 21 days will not be accepted. For exchanges, the new item will be shipped to you free of charge. We can also supply you with store credit for any return. Please note that we can only exchange the same item/s for a different color or size. If an entirely different style is required, a new order will have to be created and a store credit will be applied.
To start a new return or exchange request, please go to our order lookup system, look up your order and follow the instructions.
We will accept your return of product in original condition, unworn and with all tags attached within 21 days of receipt of your osloh.com order. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged. Upon receipt of returned goods, osloh.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements. All refunds will be made to your original form of payment.
When sending item/s back, please include a copy of your receipt. (Can be found in your email). Use a secure and insured shipping service (such as UPS, Fedex or USPS), as Osloh cannot accept responsibility for items not received. If you cannot access your order, please email email@example.com and we will handle your case personally. You will receive a confirmation email about your request.

Please allow up to 3 days once we receive return for us to process the exchange and ship correct size/color to you. You will be given a new tracking number once item/s ship. You will not be charged for shipping the new item. For returns,once we receive your package please allow up to one week for credits to appear on your method of payment. +++The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
