30 Day, No Question, Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Osloh.com order, thus we will accept your return of products in the original condition, unused (with all the tags attached) and in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt of your Osloh.com order.
We also except exchanges within 30 days of receipt. All exchanges must also be in the original condition, unused (with all the tags attached) and in the original packaging.
Domestic (USA) Returns & Exchange Policy
All domestic (USA) returns and exchange shipping costs will be covered by Osloh - we will send you a shipping label with the postage pre-paid.
For all exchanges, the new item will be shipped to you free of charge.

All International return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless we shipped you the wrong product or it arrived damaged.

Please allow up to 3 days once we receive return for us to process the exchange and ship correct size/color to you. You will be given a new tracking number once item/s ship. You will not be charged for shipping the new item.
For returns, once we receive your package please allow up to one week for credits to appear on your method of payment. +++The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
